350 g (11 oz) mushrooms
100 g (4 oz) ham
1 onion
1 small green pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 tomato
Olive oil
Salt
Parsley
Chili pepper
Directions
Clean the mushrooms (wiping them with a damp cloth is sufficient if they are not too dirty) and cut into slices.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and pepper, and fry in a little olive oil. When they begin to brown, add the chopped parsley and the peeled and chopped tomato. Cook for 5 more minutes.
Add the diced ham and touch of chili (to taste); fry gently, and add the mushrooms. Continue to fry for a few minutes, stirring well, until the mushrooms are slightly tender.
Check for salt (remember the ham adds salt).
Let stand a few minutes, then serve while hot.
